How do I know if my blemish is safe to treat?
You will be invited in for a full consultation. Every lesion is fully assessed prior to treatment.
How much treatment will I receive on my first appointment?
A treatment plan is discussed during your consultation. If you only have one or two lesions it is possible to treat them both. If you have several lesions, a follow up appointment will be made to complete the treatment. It is important to not over-treat the skin.
It is possible to have a treatment on the same day as my consultation?
If your skin blemish is a simple small treatment then it is possible to have treatment on the same day. In some cases you will only be offered a patch test on the initial consultation.
How much will my treatment cost me? Is it priced per lesion?
An individual treatment plan and cost will be designed to suit your needs during a consultation with the cost discussed.
How will my skin look after treatment?
There will be some sensitivity and healing, depending upon the treatment that you receive. A crust or scab formation will develop the size of the lesion attachment and will naturally slough off once the skin has fully healed.
Is the treatment hygienic?
The treatment is extremely safe and hygienic. PPE is worn and all materials are disposable and placed into clinical waste.
For any of the above we advise you seek medical advice.

This is a simple formula to follow when checking any newly developed or changing skin blemishes. Please note that this is designed as a guide.
A Asymmetry
Healthy skin lesions often grow in a symmetrical shape, unlike many skin cancers.
B Border
We recommend that you take a clear photo on your mobile phone and then zoom in to look at the border of the blemish. Healthy lesions have a defined clear even border. If the border is irregular, uneven or blurred it may be a cause for concern.
C Colour
Often healthy skin blemishes are even in colour. Any signs of redness or a variation of colour, with darker pigmented areas is worth noting too.
D Diameter
Has the lesion or blemish increased in size? Many lesions do increase in size, such as genetic lesions like Seborrhoeic Keratosis, Warts or Cherry Angiomas. Be aware of a singular lesion changing.
E Evolving
Moles usually develop through adolescence and not later in life. If a skin blemish is changing and not healing then this is a cause for concern. Taking a photo on your mobile phone is a good idea to monitor any changes.
